This timing is perfect tbh. The way meal planning shifts right after a high indulgence period is such a real psyhcological reset, not just a nutrition one. I've noticed the combo of protein + fiber keeps cravings way more stable compared to just calorie restriction. The one skillet lemon chicken sounds ideal for those nights when I'm too tired to deal with multiple pans.
